Excellent knowledge transfer by Paul Howe. I read this as a student, not a prospective instructor. However, I enjoyed the insight and will no doubt be able to use that info during future classes to gauge instructor credibility. I look forward to training at Valor Ridge and CSAT. I also look forward to reading this book again and again.

This book is geared towards someone who has an interest in taking the instructor route when it comes to shooting. It offers advice on drills, expectations, student/instructor relationship and gear. I would recommend reading this before taking a CSAT course.
