A beta who fears opening his heart again will shatter him. An Alpha who will do anything to prove he's here to stay.
Mark- I’ve been abandoned, ridiculed, and feared. I was mated once. It didn’t end well. After a mistake I made at my lowest, a new mate, my destined mate, came to my rescue. Problem is, I can’t risk losing another person I love. Pushing him away is my only option, but when I dream about a young man in trouble, I know detective Jonathan Marshal and I are stuck together. Can we save the boy and keep our hands off each other?
Jonathan- Mark is afraid. I understand, but we belong together. Why can’t he believe in us the way I do? If i don’t find a way to convince him to give into our destiny, my humanity won’t be the only thing lost. Saving the boy is my one chance to prove, I won’t abandon him like everyone else. I won’t let him walk away without a fight.

These books seem to be getting better as they go along. I really enjoyed this book. I loved the connection between Jonathan and Mark, it just took awhile for Mark to accept/believe that he was it for Jonathan after losing so much and feeling less than and that he wasn’t good enough to be Jonathan’s mate since he couldn’t shift and couldn’t give him pups. It’s completely understandable after what happened between him and his ex-alpha Nils. Man, there was a lot more action than in previous books which I liked but it was also hard to read what the captive shifters had been through when being held by sadistic f*ck Saint. I loved seeing some of the possible new fated mates and look forward to their stories in the near future. Man, I feel sorry for what Nils had to do in order to protect Mark and Andrew, even if Nick was mentally ill and had done a lot of horrific stuff including k*lling their own pup. I have hope after witnessing the possible budding romance at Mark and Jonathan’s mating ceremony between him and someone that fate will grant him another chance since his mate was completely messed up and he’s lost so much, and he shouldn’t have to pay for his mates mistakes. I still really loved Jonathan and Mark’s animal spirit wolves Dike and Bull/Themis they crack me up and they’re so sarcastic and complete a*seholes in the nicest possible way. I love the concept of the blue moon shifters obtaining powers to help humanity when they finally bond with their true mates and shift for the first time. It’s really interesting about the different powers that they get as they’re pretty unique. I’m looking forward to reading Tyrone and Matthew’s story, as if anyone deserves love it’s Tyrone after the years of t*rture he’d endured. I’d recommend this book, series and author to everyone.
5* - very very good and rare (it would be a Blow- Away-book like ‘Jesse's Smile' or ‚Joey’ from Angelique Jurd, ‘Save the kids' series from EM Leya, ‘Love’s Tethered Heart’ from C.L. Etta or 'Liberty' from Seth King), it's like an A+
4* - very good and will be often reread and is a WOW-book with interesting plot and surprises (like most of Andrew Grey books and Davidson Kings 'Haven Hart'-series) it's like an A
3,5* - a really good book, which will be reread a few times a year (most romances where you can enjoy for relaxing and during waiting times in hospitals). I can recommend them definitively! It's like an B+
3* - it could be more then a one-time-reader, maybe 2-3 times a year. It’s like a B
2* - it was ok to read, but it's more a one-time- reader (i wouldn't recommend it heartily, but it was ok). It's like a C-, D
1* - sorry, but that isn't really a book for me (too many mistakes, not nice plot, illogical, so an absolut NO-GO). It's like failure in the whole line, dismissed, repeat the class
3.5 stars This book is written in a better tense than the first book most of the time, but there are still scenes where the grammar is awkward. One thing about this series that surprised me is that in this author's version of the omegaverse, beta males can get pregnant. Apparently, their heats are less painful than those of omegas though. Mark is surprisingly submissive to Jonathan his alpha mate, and I enjoyed seeing their easy relationship develop despite the dangerous situations they had to deal with. It was great to see Mark let go of his hurt and fear of abandonment and really embrace his new life. I also appreciated the fact that when Mark was told he'd be going into heat soon, he wisely arranged to take leave from work, and it so happened that his heat arrived after Jonathan was also on leave from work, and they were together in their bed safe when it arrived. Anyhow, I'm enjoying the world building in this series, and I'm curious where we're going from here.
I'm sooo happy to have found this wildly talented Author. This BLUE MOON SHIFTERS Series is so different from other series. The characters are well defined and exciting to get to know. This story features Mark and Jonathan who have very sarcastic wolves. I loved their inner dialog. This story is fast paced and keeps your full attention throughout. I really enjoyed this book from beginning to end. I'm so looking forward to Book #4. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS ENGAGING SERIES!!!!
I loved it. So glad the other characters are mixed into the story. This book was captivating. Just literally kept my face on the screen. Great job Isha! Can't wait for the next one! 🥰
This series always brings the punch... Every book has something new and exciting happening. Mark is my favorite character right now, ever since the first book he caught my attention, he is such a sweetie.
This is Mark's and Jonathan's story, they are the two main characters with a few of the others from the first two books popping in to give a helping hand. I love sci-fi, fantasy and thriller/detective books and this book hits it on the nail, even though this is a M/M Romance it has elements of the mystical and paranormal through it. Mark is coming into his powers and is dreaming of a young man who is being held captive, he's wondering if his dreams are real, can he save the young man in time. We follow Mark and Jonathan getting to know one another, learning to trust each other and their wee mystical pack is getting bigger with each person introduced in each book. The plot is well written, the characters well though out and with each book the series is building up towards an epicenter. I can't wait for the next book to see what's going to happen next.
