The subtitle of Million Dollar Seed reads “How Unusual Acts of Faith Produced Million Dollar Results.” When I first learned of this book, my impression was this may be a book centered on a “prosperity gospel” theology. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was so much more.
In this autobiography, Pastor Allen Brown shares his testimony of coming to Christ, hearing answers to his repeated prayers, and becoming a successful entrepreneur and pastor. The author tells the reader how his understanding of biblical truths and uncompromising faith in God, meshed with sound business practices, worked miracles in his life. His story encourages others who seek to find their way in the world of business while staying true to their faith.
Throughout the book, the author has provided special sections titled “Wisdom and Understanding Note” which provide teaching and clarification of the values and principles he used during his professional and spiritual growth. While writing about his business and spiritual life, Pastor Brown offers insights that apply to all areas of our lives. The seeds contained in this book need to be sowed by being shared with others. Million Dollar Seed by Pastor Allen Brown is an excellent book and I recommend it highly.
