This had the bones of a good story but it just didn’t work for me. There was very little character or relationship development, and I didn’t click with the writing style.

Cora Crawford is a new to me author, and I had to adjust with the writing. But not for long. The professor student relationship had potential if the story longer and didn't feel rush to get their happy ending.
It's was cute though, and it's the omegaverse world that I like a lot.
I enjoyed this book, and finished it in one sitting.

***Loaded with Spoilers***

There is something saucy about teacher and student relationships in books, but Omega professors and Alpha students are all yum!
Dr. Wilson Pines (omega) - professor whose life was upended due to a very demanding and nearly career ending alpha. He was forced to relocate for his career's well-being and the health of his mental and emotional state. He so easily gives into the demands of his alphas and places his own need on the back burner. Now at Briarwood University, he is preparing for class and another space commanding presence enters his room. Not the kind of alpha he was expecting but here goes…
Mac Clark (athlete and all alpha) - Struggling to come out from under his father’s thumb. His life is already planned by his fellow alpha dad; from his education, and his potential future mate. He ends up in Wilson’s class because he failed the first time and had to succumb a do-over. Mac and Wilson lock eyes and metaphorical horns. The attraction is definitely there!!
A mixer occurs and new professors are required to attend. The very alpha Wilson was trying to avoid is there. Ironically, after Wilson is trying to deal with his unexplained feelings for Mac, his father creeps in and tries to make the moves him. Not knowing at the time they are father and son. Oh, he also happens to be the dean that hire him! Now what does he do? Add insult to injury, overbearing dad asks professor to privately tutor student/hottie/son. If you think it can’t get any worse, it does.
Wilson gives Mac a test to attain a grasp for his knowledge of the material and is shocked to learn how much he really understands the materials. Against common sense and driven by desire, he visits Mac on the field and Mac walks him home. A simple but steamy kiss occurs between the two. Wilson runs, Mac believes he screwed up. He tries to find Wilson and was afraid he’d run him off completely. Later goes to his home, discovers Wilson is in heat and they spend a passionate evening and post morning together. Things definitely change from there. After a month of avoidance, Wilson discovers he is pregnant and needs to tell Mac, but how when they have been avoiding one another? As their luck would have it; bumpy miscommunications, life’s plans and surprises begin from there.
In walks the all-consuming, forced match named Paul. He is determined to make Mac his alpha. (Throwing himself down as a doormat is an understatement). Mac can’t stomach being with Paul but feels forced to do what his father asks of him anyway. Or does he?
Interesting family dynamics to say the least. His sister, Ashley has her demanding moments but cares about what happens to her brother. After seeing his misery and talks to him, she convinces Mac to go after the one he really loves.
Mac narrowly catches Wilson as he was about to leave town. These two finally have the chance to tell one another how they really feel and things only progress from there.

Although it was clear where this story was headed, there were a few pieces that weren’t quite closed.
Paul was just pushed out of the story. No confrontation from dad or son. Perhaps we will see a book for Paul finding his alpha. Could be interesting to learn more about his background, why it was so easy to give himself to a person who clearly did not love him. Wonder what’s his angle?
Also Ashley, his dad, nor Wilson’s sister had their closure at the end once the baby was born. It would have been nice to see that entire family dynamic rounded out, given the rocky beginnings for everyone.

Wilson, an omega, just got out of a relationship and is looking for a fresh start at a new job. Mac, an alpha, is flying through school, as the Dean's son many of his professors are afraid of him...except one. On Wilson's first day of class he isn't scared of putting the intimidating Alpha in place when he shows up late, and this leaves Mac with a desire to know more about this unique omega. Wilson cannot deny the attraction he feels toward Mac, but he made a vow to himself to not get involved with another controlling alpha after his last relationship. Mac must pull out all the stops if he is willing to get Wilson's attention and for the man to risk his career it better be more then just a hook up it has to be love.

Honestly, this book is just a short and sweet romance; there's not a lot of depth because the purpose of the novel is to be a light-hearted read. I really enjoy omegaverse novels because every author incorporates their own rules and laws of the alpha/omega dynamic. In this novel the dynamic is more prominent and the omegas seem to be more submissive. Furthermore, it seems whenever there is an Alpha Wilson has a hard time saying no - at least from what Wilson says. This is not completely clear, because at one point the Dean of the University focuses his attention on Wilson but Wilson has no problem being appalled by these feelings. So, I am just confused how and why some Alpha men seem to pull Wilson in one direction when he repeatedly has said all Alpha men make him weak. It was also kind of weird for the Dean to be hitting on Wilson when the love interests in the story are the Dean's son and Wilson. I enjoyed Mac's character; but I wish we knew more about it. There's just surface level traits - he is a notorious playboy and he follows his father's orders. I found it interesting too that a strong Alpha would follow his father, even though he is also a strong alpha. I just felt it wouldn't be too cut and dry because it seems like Mac's dad has totally control over his life and Mac just accepts it; this doesn't seem like an alpha-like trait. I wanted to know more about Mac though, why he was drawn to only one-night stands and not relationships and besides for Wilson standing up to him why did he feel a pull toward this man?

This book was very cute and I would give it a read!

Wilson is starting over at a new University after a bad break-up with another Alpha. His first day one of his students gives him trouble hes and Alpha Mac but Wilson has sworn of Alphas they give him nothing but trouble plus he's the Dean of the schools son. And Mac's father has flirted with him as well creepy and drama filled. But when and unexpected kiss and Wilson goes into heat Mac just happens to be around now Wilson is pregnant by the school player who's supposed to be getting engaged to his fathers choice Omega. And just as he's about to tell Mac he's going to be a father he catches the Alpha with someone else.

Mac usually gets what he wants and he wants his teacher but his fathers plans don't include his wants but hes never told his father no but the Omega his father picked out leaves him cold and uncomfortable. And when that Omega throws himself at him it happens at the worst time and Wilson sees it now he has to make a decision the one he wants won't have anything to do with him and his father is pressuring him if it wasn't for his sister he wouldn't know what to do but when he heres Wilson is leaving he has to tell him everything or loose him.

I liked this short read but there were some things I had a hard time getting past the smarmy dean the lack of character development for Mac's sister and if both parents are mentioned were exactly is the second parent they never make and aperance was there a divorce because the dean is a major player himself. And why would Mac let his father run his life if he's and Alpha. Also Wilson is supposed to have a hard time resisting Alphas but he resist the dean and trys to resist his son so thats why I rated this book a 3 it could be a 3.4 or a 4 if certain things were cleared up.

I was allowed to read and advance copy of this book via Booksprout and this is my honest review.

After a bad breakup with an alpha he cared about, omega Wilson Pines is through with all bossy alphas and ready to start over with a clean slate as a professor at Briarwood University. But when he meets a gorgeous alpha student named Mac, he immediately feels the attraction.

Mac definitely had the entitled attitude, a real “bad boy” – and worse still, he was the Dean’s son! But when he meets the older omega, everything changes for him, especially when Wilson doesn’t back down and reprimands him for being late. The spark between them becomes something more, and when Mac shows up to apologize for initiating a kiss the day before, Wilson is in heat and they give in to a night of passion. How can Wilson tell the young Alpha now that he is about to become a father? This will rock both of their worlds and put them in a really awkward situation.

This was a wonderful story, except for messing with a student which is a very bad thing even at the college level. But ignoring that, I enjoyed the interaction, especially as Wilson is trying to start over and avoid the mess alphas usually cause in his life. Apparently this isn’t going to be a good year for him either … or is it? And the best part was that in challenging the young alpha, acting indifferently toward him, Wilson actually engaged him into putting forth the effort to do real work and be a better person. He started to listen in class and even take notes! He started to grow up and be accountable – and just in time!

Wilson is an omega professor and has lost everything because of the last alpha he has in his life ruined his life. Wilson has now moved to a new town and a new university to teach at. He swore that he would never have anything to do with another alpha. But the first day of school, he meets an alpha who grabs his attention and no matter what he thinks he is going to do, he just can’t get him out of his mind.

Mac is an alpha and the Dean’s son. When he walks into Wilson’s class he is told off by the omega Which excites him like nothing else ever has before. Wilson has his whole attention and Mac doesn’t know how to process it all. He is interested in Wilson like no other omega before him. Then one day he goes to talk to Wilson and they end up spending a hot night together and it results in Wilson getting pregnant.

This book is full of action and drama that will grab your attention so that you won’t want to put the book down till the very last page. You will laugh and cry with Wilson and celebrate with him as he finds his happiness.

The story wasn't bad, but it just didn't entirely work for me. Wilson had a bad breakup with an Alpha, so he's moved to a new university. Mac is the Dean's son, and a truly spoiled Alpha. All of the professors are afraid of him, knowing upsetting him can ruin their jobs. When Wilson stands up to Mac, not knowing who he is, Mac finds himself intrigued. Mac's father has his life all planned out, including an omega for him to marry, but for once Mac might have a reason to avoid his father's plans.

I didn't really get why Mac's father had his life planned out. I never really go why Paul, the omega Mac is supposed to marry, was a "good" choice. Mac's sister, for all that she had some role in the story, was never really a developed character. Also, Mac's other parent was never mentioned (seemed odd to me). Also, the resolution seemed a bit to quick to be accepted, especially by Mac's father. It felt like the plot wasn't entirely thought through.

The Omega Professor’s Secret Baby by author Cora Crawford is a fast-paced read. I really had a disconnect in this book though. I wished I felt more for the characters. They are okay, just I never felt their chemistry. For me, that is a make or break moment in a romance. I want to fall in love. With this story, I found that aspect lacking.
Wilson teaches history at the local college. He used to teach at a more prestigious place, but a scandal left him with nothing but the urge to start anew.
I found Wilson to be a likable character. I also found him lacking in development. Some ideas are put out there and never explored again.
Mac is a college student and Alpha. His father is the dean at the college. He is moody and has attitude for days.
I found his personality to be young and not really ready for what this story has in store for him.
Overall an okay story that needed some things cleaned up a tad, I wanted to love this story more than I did. I would however pick up this author again and see what comes next.

Wilson finds his forever Alpha

This is my first story with this author and I wasn't disappointed. I really love reading about omegas and alphas and this one is one of the few where the dynamic is a little different. The older omega and the younger alpha. Wilson the omega professor didn't want to be in anymore relationships with bossy arrogant alphas but when he meets his alpha student Mac for the first time he couldn't deny the pull of attraction. Mac was indeed arrogant and think everything should be given to him but after meeting the omega his entire outlook in life changes. One fateful event changes their lives instantly and tests their budding relationship. Like with most romances there are some conflict but with that comes a lovely outcome. An enjoyable read and I'm ready to read the next book.

Omega Wilson Pines goes to a new university to start his life over. Wilson has decided that he is no longer interested in alphas and just wants to do his work and nothing else. Alpha Mac Clark is in Dr. Pines first period class and will see him three times a week. Wilson and Mac see each other at the first party of the year for the university. Wilson finds out that Mac is the Deans son and agrees to tutor Mac so that he can pass. Mac goes to his first tutor session hoping to spend time with Wilson, however he is given a stack of papers and told to finish them because they are his assessment to see when he needs to start from. Mac talks with Wilson and tells him it doesn't matter what happens because his dad will make sure he graduates. Will Mac stand up to his father and tell him what he really wants. Will Wilson find a place he belongs? Will Wilson get the alpha that wants him and a baby?

First, I'd like to say that it takes imagination and courage to write a book and publish it for readers. While I didn't particularly enjoy this book, I know there will be readers who do. Clearly, I'm in the minority based on reviews.

This was a quick, easy read. It was cute, but I didn't think it had much substance. I found it to be too quick. There was no character development. I felt like it was repetitive, and it didn't flow very well to me. I couldn't see Mac and Wilson as a couple, and I couldn't connect with the characters. I think any conflicts were resolved too quickly.

I know people enjoyed this and rated it well. I've read a lot of omega-verse and mpreg, but this one just wasn't for me.

Wilson just got out of a relationship that cost him his job because he wouldn’t do what the alpha wanted. He became a history professor at a different college and swore of alphas. There was one student an alpha that was getting under his skin, Mac was the dean’s son went to see why Wilson wasn’t in class, when Wilson opened the door he knew what was wrong and asked if he needed help so he did. After they slept together Mac changed classes because he didn’t want to bother Wilson. But Wilson found out that he was pregnant, he went to see Mac to tell him but another guy was kissing Mac. So he quit his job and was moving with his sister but Mac stopped him and they were mated because of love A great ending!

The Omega Professor's Secret Baby is a short, sweet, mpreg story. Wilson, an omega, has found himself in a new town and is starting a new job at the University. Mac, an alpha, has Wilson as a teacher and can't seem to take his eyes off him. Wilson has no idea who this kid is, but soon he'll become a very important part of his life. I like how Mac stood up for himself and wasn't the entitled brat I thought he was at the beginning. I also like how Mac and Wilson were looking out for the each other. I'm glad they got their happy ending.

Nice story. Wilson, omega is a new professor at Briarwood U. He had an unfortunate experience with a fellow professor, an alpha at his previous school and chose to leave under a perceived cloud. He was determined to operate under new beginnings. Mac, an alpha, is a student in Wilson't class who spends most of his time staring at Wilson and not talking. Wilson, handled it, but he was aware of this student. A couple of chance encounters led them in an unexpected direction. This was a good story, heading into an amazing direction. I wish it were longer. I liked the dynamics of Mac and Wilson. Nicely done! I received an ARC from Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This was a super short read for me, but it was sweet and romantic. Wilson has left the college he taught at because of a scandal. Mac an Alpha was the Dean’s son. Mac was just skating by until he met his new professor. This was an insta love story, but I wish the author would have went into more depth with the characters. It had potential to be so much more. It was cute thou.

This is a new author to me & I enjoyed reading this sweet Mpreg romance although it is somewhat different to the normal alpha/omega romances. The plot is quite interesting with a older omega (Dr. Wilson Pines)/younger alpha (Mac Clark) scenario in particular I liked how the alpha continued to develop into a more mature, strong-willed character.
There is: drama, some intrigue, mild twists, memories, attractions, determination, frustration, surprises, shock, disbelief, misunderstandings, heartache, decisions, confrontations, love, some steam & a delightful ending.

The Omega Professor's Secret Baby by Cora Crawford is a contemporary mpreg that is a quick but sweet read with a feel of forbidden love story. The professor and the student... and the secret mpreg. I really enjoyed reading about Wilson and Mac. There were a few times when the characters frustrated me and I wish they would just communicate better... augh! But overall the story was entertaining and fun!

First time author, Max was young, arrogant but came around to being responsible, Wilson was an older omega and a sweetie, little angst and I liked them together. An enjoyable story and look forward to reading the next book.

Wilson is starting over after a disastrous relationship and job clashing forcing him to accept a teaching position at Mac's father university. Mac is a brash student who catches Wilson's eye and after a heat spent together a surprise makes wilson doubt mac's possible feelings and he makes the decision to start over again. Very low angst and hurt/comfort. Reviewed on behalf of gay romance reviews.

This was a new author for me and I will definitely read more. I enjoyed Wilson and Mac’s story. I thought at the beginning that Mac was just a spoiled Deans son, skating by until Wilson gives him the test and he proves himself. He ends up being a stand up Alpha and just what Wilson needs. They made it all work in the end. Can’t wait to read more!

I really enjoyed reading this great, charming, grab-you-by-the-feels, engaging, sweet, sexy, delightful, endearing, poignant, hilarious, and totally awesome twist on the standard omegaverse, teacher/student, mpreg, and forbidden relationship storyline. I would recommend getting this gem immediately.

Solid start to what could be a decent story. I didn't feel any connections with the characters like I would have thought I would. If the story was longer and more spread out I think it could be fantastic. This is a new to me author. I had to get used to the writing style but other than that it was decent. I would have liked more story though.

This was such an adorable story. Although the couple went through some heartache and got a happy ever after I feel like there could have been more to the story. The couple really didn't go through much of a courtship and the time felt rushed. Even with all this the story was well written and was a good read.

I enjoyed this book so much. It was definitely a case of an omega with bad luck with men. He unfortunately lost all faith with alphas and rightfully so. But can one possibly bad seed be the right one? You will enjoy finding out.

There were too many errors and all over the place, was a bad portrayal of omegas being so compliant and submissive, but then he was trying to be independent

Is Wilson a mature adult or a 13 year-old teenage girl? Because he acts like a hormonal teenager, nevermind as an esteemed professor at a university. I get flashbacks to Mills & Boons romances circa 1980, and no, it is not a compliment. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Adorable and quick

This book is perfect if you don’t have much time to read. I found both characters to be engaging, if somewhat over the top at times. The plot developed quickly but kept me reading. So all and all a good book.
