Hello! I'm Chou (pronounced like "Shoe" :) - What were my parents thinking? I guess they didn't realize that I would end up across the globe and the "Little Sweety" will end up being "footwear" in a different part of the world. Oh well, I'm still "Chou".

I am a best-selling author, speaker, master life coach; as well as mental health and diversity/inclusion consultant. I love visiting historical sites and new towns, taking back roads, and enjoying a sunset or sunrise. I like to hang out around water, beaches and rivers take my breath away. Dark chocolate, Chinese food, and mint chocolate chip ice cream are my weakness.

My kids are my world and the world is my playground :)

As a co-author of this book I must admit I am biased in this review. I was proud to stand with these other authors as we bravely told our stories in an effort to help others as they navigate their way from mental illness to mental health. The stories are quick reads, but intense at times. The book is nice as each chapter stands alone, so if time is limited you can pick up the book and just read one chapter at a time.
