This is a great summary for debunking the different types of fad diets, recommendations, and changes to the food pyramid/healthy eating habits over the years. While it gives very clear and concise information of what diets do not work and why, with factual data to back it up, I was a little disappointed that it didn't really explain what does work. There was really one page summarizing Chapter 20 that gave a few lines on what Fung recommends. I wish there had been more. Still- very good information on other diets and why they don't work which I found incredibly useful.
