Keto diet helps in altering how the body gets energy from food. Usually, carbohydrate is broken down during digestion. No longer have to give up sweets on keto

As someone who loosely follows keto, one of the things I missed was desserts. I am so glad I found this book. This book is all keto approved sweets and desserts. I loved that there was such a good mix of cakes, mousses, ice cream, and cookies. I also liked that fruit was used to add sweetness in a lot of recipes and thus artificial sweeteners was limited. I will definitely be making a bunch of these, especially tiramisu. I am very happy with thiis book.

So many receipes I dont even know

I dont know where to start. I love the idea of having a snack or as the author puts it dessert with breakfast. I never thought about it that way. The auther give you in depth directions and ingredients for the receipes. They also go into how many total net carbs are in something.this is wonderful especially for someone who is looking for snacks and desserts that are keto friendly

Dessert

Good cookbook. Started out with information on keto and the basics of what to avoid overall. I was interested to see what desserts you could actually make that are keto approved. I loved the layout of the recipes themselves as well, quick and easy to follow along with prep and cook time highlighted up front, and I love seeing pictures.

Dessert!

I follow a low carb diet for health reasons and even though I have never been big on sweets, there are times when I crave them. This cookbook is full of delicious looking recipe with nutritional information included.

Wow!

Great introduction on the keto diet, but then it gets right into the good stuff. Lots of delicious sweet recipes for your sweet tooth! Good to know you can still have dessert!
