Woe is me! If only I were able to give this book zero stars...
This “book” is terrible. I could have written it in ten minutes. Also, the various fonts are atrocious: sores to the eyes. I don’t know about the recipes, but the formatting looks straight out of Microsoft 2002 and half of the pages don’t have more than one sentence or a bulleted list of ten words.
Update: I have now flipped through the book more thoroughly. There are no sources or studies for anything that she is saying in regards to a keto diet. She is not a registered dietician, nor does she note any training or education on the subject.
On page 31 she actually recommends “cat” on a list of “Foods To Enjoy On The Ketogenic Diet.”
Her final line of the book is “I’ve seen people get good results with keto diets from 50 to 60 years of age.”
So apparently that makes her qualified to write a book about it.
