Now that’s the way you end a series. It was so good. This story flowed from page to page and book to book. I loved it. I love how the series ended. This is most definitely a must read series. Charmanie I’m so glad you’re back...you outdid yourself with this series...
This was a pretty good series... It had a nice flow to it... I enjoyed the storyline... This book picked right up where part 2 left off... With a little twist and some drama... All the characters went through a lot of different changes in their life... Dillinger and Cherokee had to deal with his ex wife Carmilla and her antics with trying to hold on to Dillinger... But as you can see... Cherokee was not having that... She was willing to do what ever she had to do to make sure that Dillinger was okay... Including putting her own freedom on the line... Dillinger had me looking at him funny for a minute with how he did Cherokee after what she just did for him... I mean I get that he was mad but to do her like that really made me mad... I think that she gave into him way to easy after that... Yes he was sorry but still he did what he did and she should have made him suffer a little longer... In the end... It was nice to see how it all played out with them... Theu deserved to be happy... Not only were they finally happy... But their family really expanded... As for Layla, Santos and Jacier... man there was a lot of back and forth with them... I mean I was really pulling for Jacier and Layla because that is where her heart was... ButJacier just kept playing these games.... He just kept shutting her down and never giving her the chance to explain and express how she felt all because of how his ex Danille did him... All that way doing was making them both unhappy... Then because of that Santos waa really trying to make it work... it it was like her heart was not in it... Then with his past still coming into play it was just to much... I was glad to see that everyone was finally able to find some type of happiness... Even if it was not the way that they wanted it to play out...
From Carmilla's shady ways to Jacier's sweet nature there were a lot of great moments in the series. This last ride with the gang was indeed a ride. A lot took place in such a short time it seemed. People came out of the woodwork, shocking events took place at a party and in the end Layla had to make a tough decision. I was nervous for her, wanted to slap Santos and Cherokee definitely proved how she felt about Dillinger. The last 30 minutes of the book, a lot happened. I definitely have some questions about old ole girl's family and how they responded to her "situation".
Mannnnnnn that ending had my heart racing. I was for sure thinking that Dilly was a goner and if he was I was going to be very pissed but glad it didn't turn out that way. Cherry didn't need no more tragedies happening in her life. Layla and Jacier just made me so happy at first I was against them being together but to see how he was trying to love on her and make her feel good had me changing how I felt about them and so glad they got it together and now have a baby on the way. Santos tried but couldn't succeed and I will give him credit for letting go and letting Layla be happy, hopefully he'll find happiness one day. I enjoyed this read
Great ending to a great series. Enjoyed the storyline and these characters from the first page until the very end. So loved all the couples and glad they got their happy ending. Really loved how Santos showed unconditional love for Lay, by being man enough to want to see her happy. Who really tried to take out Dillinger....Loved the twist to that situation. I know it's gotta be a spin-off or something, cause I know it's more to that situation. Highly recommend this series and job well done Charmaine Saquea.
I just read book 1, 2 and 3. Girllll. Freaking amazing. Another author that doesn’t fill the book up with just words about thinking but a real freaking story line. I hate books where there’s a page and a 1/2 of what someone is thinking in there head. Instead of content of people actually having a conversation with each other. Great job author. I’ll be reading more from you chica.
This book shocked me in many ways. I definitely was rooting for Jacier. The only thing about the book is that it reminds you of a lot of these drug Lord love stories. Now that the book is over I can say this with confidence, they did Dillingers real wife dirty. Idc how much this book tried to make her a villain she didn’t deserve any of it. I should write a book where her father avenges her. I would of rather given her a santos type of ending than the one she got.
This was a good book!!!…I was hoping for more about Layla and Jacier!!!…I was happy that they were able to get pregnant!!!.. I was also happy that Santos was able to to own his fault in the demise of his relationship and set her free for them to both be with someone that was more accepting of them!!!… Cherokee definitely got her happily ever after and the man shes loved since her teen years!!!…
This ending was everything! I loved every moment of this series! I was so glad everyone got their happy ending. I was definitely proud of how much Santos grew up towards the end. He definitely shocked me. Secrets came about and left me speechless. I will definitely have to recommend this book to friends!!
I was wondering how Layla would get back to loving and being with Jacier. I hated the thought of her settling for Santos even though she eventually embraced Reign. Jacier was just the better man! It was organically beautiful how it worked out! Lots of twists and turns with Cherry and Dilly!
I really enjoyed reading this series. Omg from beginning to the end there was never a dull moment. Not once did I ever felt lost or bored. Great job on the storyline. It had the right amount of everything. The assassin, to me was no other than Carmella’s people. They were too damn quiet. Great read! 🥰🥰🥰
This book pick up right where part 2 left off. It held my attention from the very first page. I'm happy that Jacier and Layla work it out they was made for each other. Cherokee and Dillinger finally gotten it together. The ending was perfect and good to see everyone gotten an happy ending.
This was a great read! Picked up right where it was left off. Dillinger was the man. Santos grew up because I know that decision was a hard one for him to make. The ladies finally got their happily ever after. Honestly I believe Diago made the right decision in regards to Dillinger. That ending though!!
This was a really good series I'm so glad Santos let Layla move on because she really wasn't in love with him anymore. Cherokee killing Carmella was something I couldn't do and in the end she was sick and then Dillinger choking her about it was a no go 🙅🏾 for me but I'm glad everyone was happy and getting alone.
I almost cried my eyes out thinking you killed off that man off lmao but anyways I’ve been trying to find a good book to read that would actually hold my attention past the first book and girl, when I tell I read all three of these books in one sitting... whew. Amazing! Keep doing your thing ok!!!!
Love all the couples, but happy for my boy Santos, he realize how bad he missed up and admit it he was one my favorite. Who try to kill Dillinger? A spin-off needed the ending was perfect, But hope it’s not 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Mixed emotions , I’m happy for my girl but I guess you got to move on. This book held so many emotions . This needs a spin off because it’s some missing pieces plus I wanna see the gang again . Loved the blended family and friendship.
Dillinger and Cherokee finally got it together. Layla was stuck between the love that was familiar with Santos and her new love with Jacier. In the end the best man won. I'm happy everything worked out for the group.
Omg I loved everything about this book! I swear I never thought Santos & Layla would separate but Jacier truly showed her the love she was missing with Santos.. I’m so happy that everyone got their happily ever after!!
That right Cherokee get your man. I alway thought they belong together. This story was fire. The plot was real and the story pulled you in, I hate that it ended.
Now that was a great series!! Dilly finally won me over in book 3. I kind of got teary eye when Santos threw in the towel to Jacier. Glad Layla got her happily ever after.
I enjoyed the twists turns and surprises in this series. The author kept us in constant suspense about Layla and the men in her world. Dillinger and Cherokee went through so much while learning each other and how to love again. I look forward to more from this author.
I'm so glad that everyone got their happy ending. All the snitches got stitches and ended up in ditches. Santos stepped up and put his pride to the side so Lay Lay could be happy. That's that real love. Hard to find so when you find it hold on to it!!!
I love the whole series. I really thought Dilly was gone. Everyone is happy and I love it. Princess Lay good job of going with Trouble. Santos finally let go and gave her what she needs.
3 was just as good as 1and2. They were so good I finished all 3 in 2 days. I was almost devastated when I thought Dillinger was dead. These are my first reads from Charlotte, but they definitely won't be the last!
This is the third book in this series. This series will make you laugh, cry and get mad…. But we’ll worth it. I want to know what happened and who tried to kill Dilly…. Was it the cartel? I need more… I also want Layla and Santos to finally end up together!
I enjoyed the series. I liked these characters, but they were getting on my nerves at different times. I like how everything wrapped up. It was kinda predictable but it was good. The only issue was the errors.
When I tell you Charmaine made a come back this series is everything I love me some Dilly this is a must read so sad to see the crew go maybe we can get a spin off lol
