Seriously. In her work across Canada and the US, child psychologist Jody Carrington has met hundreds of kids, families, and their support systems. A great read from Dr. Carrington with a lot that gets you thinking and reflecting. I've been reading this along with some of my coworkers and it's been amazing the discussions we've had about the kiddos we work with and ourselves. I really connected with a lot in this book and many of the strategies and mindsets discussed are ones that I plan to put into practice going forward. This is definitely a resource I'll revisit often in the future.
