I never held her in my arms. I never told her that she belonged to me. There are things about my past that I wish I could change. I thought it was too late… until I saw her again. Madison was my foster sister’s best friend. Forbidden. Out of reach. I could only glance at her. Never touch her. She’s at the BDSM club that my brother introduced me to. Seeing her here makes my blood boil. I’m not about to have regrets this time around. Which only means one thing. I won’t leave until I mark her as mine.
I really enjoyed this story. I have never read this author before but felt like she did a wonderful job of telling this story. It had a little bit of steam but it didn't start until about the middle of the book, so the reader had built up a little bit of anticipation before getting to it. The story was about a good girl who had a crush forever on a former play boy who could get anyone he choose, but in actuality he had had a crush on her for a long time as well. The story contained a little bit of dirty content as well, which added to my excitement. Also this story was a little taboo because Maddox was Madison's best friend's brother. At the end you can definitely tell there will be another story because Maddox's wild twin is attracted to an innocent new girl at the office. I can't wait to read it.

This is the first book in the series and is about Maddox and his relationship with Madison. It is set a few years after the pre-view Descent which involves a pink bikini ;-)The younger sisters best friend is a common subject matter but this is well written and interesting throughout. It also introduces other interesting characters like Axel and Declan. Axel’s story is told in book 2, Secrecy. It can be read as a stand-alone but I recommend reading them in order, starting with the preview. A brilliant read.

Indecency fell short on all aspects making it a book to read, but there are better. Maddox and his friends are supposed to all be successful businessmen, but acted more like frat boys. Where I expected steamy scenes, it was new adult with very light BDSM and seemed more like a couple playing pretend. I finished the book easily enough, but due to a lack of depth to the story and average characters, I never really got invested in the story.

Good read..I don't know why it states dark billionaire romance there was nothing dark about it. Madison and Maddox has had a secret crush for each other for years. Madison was Clara's best friend which Clara is Maddox foster sister. They are finally all adults and Maddox goes after Madison thry have great chemistry and only go to a sex club couple times the first time they finally kiss and thats what sets up the book There is nothing dark about this book i didn't think. Great book absolutely loved Maddox
This really wasn’t a dark romance. They go to a sex club and do a very small amount of experimenting, but it is very little and only in a couple scenes. It was ok ready though. It was short and sweet. The guy wasn’t really alpha and was pretty emotional. The girl was a very strong and independent character but also a little emotional. Not a ton of drama. A bit of editing needs to be done as well. I didn’t hate it but didn’t really enjoy it either.
Maddox and Madison each had a crush on each other growing up but never acted on it. When he sees her again at a BDSM club he won’t let his chance slip through his fingers. Great characters with and intense chemistry and plenty of drama. I really liked it.
I was hoping for a BDSM story, but had a hard time finding any sex, much less kinky sex. A little kissing in the dark, feathers and minor bondage, plus some psycho babble makes this a very disappointing book. Sorry I wasted my money
I couldn't get enough of Maddox & Madison's book. Good characters. It was an intriguing & steamy read. I received a free copy of the book. And am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
I couldn’t put the book down: always wanting to know what’s going to happen next. And the ending was a total surprise! Definitely worth more than 5 stars!
Maddox And Madison's Story Is A Slow Burn Sister's Best Friend Story. With Feelings That Have Been Privately Stewing For Years, It Is Explosive When The Couple Finally Comes Together!
Maddox West, twenty-five, should be enjoying the success that his three years of hard work after college earned him. He, his identical twin Axel, and their friend Declan plotted out a business plan during college and went ahead with it full throttle after graduation. They work hard to make their marketing and sales firm a success, but the weekends are for fun.
Maddox had largely dropped off the radar over the last year, though, after giving up his playboy ways in favor of a relationship with Jasmine. When she recently broke up with him, he was left a broody mess. He understands why the guys never liked her, but he is still hung up on her because the idea of going back to one night hookups has zero appeal.
When Axel, his rowdy twin, insists on taking Maddox out to a sex club to get him past the breakup, he never imagines that his dream girl will walk through the door. Madison is all woman now, but he still can't consider anything with his foster sister's best friend. She is the one woman he can't have, but has wanted for five years.
Madison Taylor, twenty-one, works with single-minded determination. Graduation and her work at a pro bono law firm are the only things that matter to her aside from her mother and her best friend Clara. After a tough childhood that had her growing up too soon, she had let loose her freshman year and nearly flunked out of school. She had learned from her mistakes, though, and with graduation coming up in the spring, her plans are falling into place.
But her best friend Clara has been concerned that she is losing herself in her work and neglecting everything else. She has a point, so Madison agrees to a night out with Clara. The club they attend, however, turns out to be a sex club, and once inside they are confronted by Clara's brothers and their friend Declan, and the men aren't very happy to see them.
After coming to an agreement that minimizes the awkwardness of the circumstances, Maddox offers to buy Madison a drink. She had crushed on him since forever, but he had only ever been dismissive of her. She wants to be seen as a woman now and not the little kid he always seems to see her as. And in their brief time together at the bar, Maddox gives her his undivided attention, almost as if he might reciprocate her feelings.
Maddox and Madison's story is a slow burn sister's best friend story. With feelings that have been privately stewing for years, it is explosive when the couple finally comes together. But the couple must balance their tenuous new relationship while trying to keep things quiet, because several relationships stand to be damaged if they don't handle things delicately. The added pressures of school add yet another obstacle to their happiness. In the end, though, the couple achieves their HEA. The end hints to Axel's story in a sequel, as he seems taken with a new hire at the company.
A few issues merit mention. First, Madison should be studying for the LSAT, not the bar. And it is unclear how she might be qualified to offer legal advice to a business or draw up legal contracts. Second, Maddox's defense of Madison with Mrs. Taylor was inappropriate given he just met the woman. He could have said something more tactful or saved his energy for helping Madison with the news. Third, A straight A student missing an entire paper feels unrealistic. Fourth, it is unclear why Madison calls a cab, not Maddox, when her battery is low. Fifth, the excuse for not calling Maddox after standing him up is feeble and completely irresponsible.
This plot is fairly simple. The characters are nicely developed. The story is written in first person. The POV alternates between Maddox and Madison. I rate this book 3.5 stars.
