His other works include contributions in the form of short stories to at least three different anthologies. His writing career started in December 2014 when he was still in school. Still trying to find his footing in the writing business, he hopes for an optimistic 2020 and hopes that his next big break is just around the corner. In addition to being a writer, he is also a Chartered Accountant.

The sunshine to my shadow lover by Karthik Sreeram is a Romance fiction which describes that true love wins even after many hurdles which comes across the way.
The story is about Surya, a short tempered guy who falls in love two times in his life and that's what messed up his life, other protagonist is Sanjana who loves surya like nothing else for her matters, then their is a mysterious girl Chaya who suddenly enters in their story and everything seems to turn upside down, that's what is interesting to find out by reading this book.
The plot is quite interesting, but narration could have been really better especially at the middle of the story when crunch situation was narrated with so much confusion, which can frustrate the reader but everything was very balanced after that, the story has limited characters only adding Sita to the story, who is friend to all 3 mentioned above.
The story stands out because of few spectacular dialogues, and title is beautifully justified by the storyline, cute little description of moments along with emotions adds to the simplicity of the book.
Overall a good read, which consist of emotions, love and friendship and the fact that anything can happen in life, so never be afraid to confess your love to someone you love.

🌸It's a novella as it consists of only 78 pages. The story revolves around Surya and Sanjana. They are a perfect couple and are about to get married. If Surya is short-tempered then Sanjana is calm like a river. They both complimented each other. But like every other story a twist comes, where they are met with an accident.🌸
🌸Does this accident changes their lives with an entry of a new person, Chaya. Who is she and what does she wants from them? For all these questions, you need to read the book. Coming back to the story, it's a light read. Language is easy and could be finished in one sitting due to it's length too. The title is a bit different too.🌸
🌸The plot was smooth and characters were described well. I personally liked Sita's character, she was Surya's friend in the story. Everyone would wish for such a friend in their lives after reading about her. The story is an emotional ride, so, go for it if you like reading such stuff. All and all it's a commendable effort on the part of author. Keep writing such stories. My rating - 3.5/5🌸

The Sunshine to my Shadow Lover by the author Karthik is a novella. The protagonist of the story are CA Surya Kashyap and Sanjana. They strike an interesting conversation when they first met each other. As the story progresses Surya asked Sanjana "Will You....."? To this, Sanjana without listening to the entire question said YES as she got really happy.
They are an ideal couple but will their relationship reach till marriage? The twist came in the story with an entry of Chaya. Who is she? Does Surya knows her already? Grab a copy of this book and read the story to know what happens at the end.
It's a light read that can be finished in one sitting. The plot of the story is nicely built. The language of the book is lucid and easy to understand. I would love to recommend this to all fiction lovers.
