The rebellion has begun but the enemy has only grown stronger...

Tally, Vaughn, Arryn and Courtney were rescued off the island by Dean McIntosh, the head of the Supernatural Academy. Unfortunately the bullets that struck Vaughn were laced with poison and he’s been in a coma since. While the Dean promises to leave no stone unturned in reviving him, Tally knows that time is of the essence and they must return to the island to save her friends.

While the rest of the team led by Charlie and Rowan set off to rescue Bael, Becca, Ronnie, Regina and Antonia, Tally’s mission is to find her cousin Sinasre, who fell victim to the Habermann’s experiments and is now trapped in the body of a hideous creature. Her search leads to her to a horrifying conclusion, that Sinasre isn’t the only one who has been turned into a monster - all those who fell victim to the island including Danielle, Wally and even Bael have gone through equally heinous transformations. Now Tally must figure out a way to save her friends while trying to take down the Habermanns. Can she prevail despite seemingly insurmountable odds?

Ruthless Fae is the third and final exhilarating instalment of the Supernatural Prison Camp series. Once more the author(s) have crafted a genuine page turner with action interspersed throughout from beginning to end. Tally is a strong appealing and relatable protagonist who readers will continue to root for. The development of the secondary characters throughout the series has been interesting to read. They started off as self centred individuals who were only concerned with their own survival. Eventually they were able to bond and redeem themselves.

This has been a thoroughly entertaining series and it’s always sad to say goodbye to characters that one has become invested in. However I was pleased that the authors managed to tie up all the loose ends in a way that was satisfying.

Recommended to fans of kickass heroines, slow burn romance, witches, shifters, fae, secret islands/experiments
etc

Gimme gimme gimme I’ve been like a kid in a candy shop with each book, constantly being impatient for the next instalment of this addictive series. Poor poor Tally, not even working with her old friends from the Supernatural academy can save all her suffering this time from the labyrinth of this torturous Island. In this conclusion to this all-consuming series, once again these authors turn pen into another staggering fictitious narrative that will keep you clutching to every word and chapter. I did hope things would look up for Tally when she had this magical team all rallied together around her but when did anything come easy to her, as she has been fighting and protecting people since the day her feyland was destroyed. How could she have ever predicted that there could be such deplorable & disgusting people and acts in the human world. Now one hidden tropical island proves no one is safe from the malevolent & evil deranged people who think they have the right playing god & torture every supernatural species they get there hands on including members of her family. The one thing that helps her keep going for justice is Vaughan as she discovers a different type of strength she can use plus feelings she never thought possible. This is an amazing series, if anyone thinks “The Hunger games” films are hard and challenging, have never met what worlds these authors produce. The quality of these worlds and characters produce extraordinary events that surpasses what I thought would have been possible, with how these human and supernatural causes manifest into this genre or any sub-categories of this kind. Books , and ebooks shelves by Ingrid Seymour& Katie French have my constant admiration.

⚖️⚖️ AVALANCHE OF PERFECTION⚖️⚖️
Freaking awesome! Ingrid and Katie in all of their impressive glory cranked this baby up, blasting through kicking ass with a vengeance and blowing the gates of hell wide open, wrapping this jewel up sleek shiny and tight. Anarchy runs rampant and deception is rife, rolling out the drama, turmoil, intrigue, secrets, danger, spiraling suspense and unnerving situations, along with a double dose of revelations while dodging calamity, you have one intoxicating adventure. Revving up the exuberance and intensity with this action packed, hard hitting, heart pounding, pulse racing, adrenaline pumping, nail-biting, block buster, catapulting this gem to staggering heights. Traversing through a minefield of deadly peril and chilling lies, maneuvering through the manipulations of dark evil and malicious intent, propelling this baby to life flawlessly. Lines blur and boundaries crossed, limitations are exploited and amplified, shifting this baby into overdrive, slamming it into a tizzy with an astonishing realization. The characters, banter, interactions and charged atmosphere are realistic, complex and genuine with traits and qualities that add depth and diversity, blending into charismatic personalities. The scenes are strikingly sharp with abundant details and descriptions that feel as though you were transported to ground zero with them. Remarkable job guys, thanks for sharing this little jewel with us.

Trials and Tribulations

Fast paced this adventure picks up as the team attempts a rescue. The twins albeit the evil scientists did not play a huge part in the story, Karen was the cruel and heartless lackey who followed orders and enjoyed torturing the prisoners. The twins put in an appearance like a leader or figurehead but their interaction with Tally and the group was minimal. It is hard to hate someone who doesn't impact the story yet Karen is a totally different proposition. No remorse, she was vicious and ruthless with no sense of fair play, something you could easily despise. I thought there could have been more of battle as it just ended and no real fight scene with the twins or guards or mutants. It felt a bit flat how there was this build up and then nothing epic happened as if the last part of the book was rushed to be finished. It would have been interesting to see how Tally got on with Vaughan and her being reunited with the children in the future. Maybe there could be another book in the works?

Parting is such sweet sorrow ...

It’s a bittersweet moment as Ingrid Seymour and Katie French’s Dark Fae Trials series comes to end in this Book 3, Ruthless Fae. A fantastic finale here for Tally and Vaughn‘s tale, one heck of a superbly written and totally enjoyable dark fae slow-burn romance that coming to sizzling completion in a wonderfully action packed way. The perfect story for our a kickass heroine, a bad boy shifter. But (but!) the nature of a series ending is that there will be no more as the story arc in this series has been as superb as this, it’s conclusion. I highly recommend this book, and urge newcomers to this series to start with its wonderful first book and build up to this one.

Wow, this last book is just as good as the first two in the series. We have action, suspense, lies, truths, heartache, and more. The characters keep building and the actions of all of them come to life. Tally and Vaughn steal the show, with the Queen coming to life. What will Tally and Vaughn do to help the others? What will Tally do about her Aunt the Queen. Can they trust everyone to help or will some run? Will they win or will they lose becasue of the muntants? I recieved a free copy for my honest review.

The last 2 books have been a wild ride and this one is just as good. Tally and Vaughn are back and fighting for their lives and for what is right again. It was full of action, adventure, crazy people and had had me glued to the end. I read it in one sitting to see how it would end and what Tally would have to put up with and survive again. And I have to say I was not disappointed in the least. More things and people are revealed this time around and I both loved and hated all the characters but that is why I love this series. Just a great story.

Oh, what a good series! Every should get this set of books! Tally was a fae with wings. Her boyfriend Vaughn, was a werewolf. Caught on an island in the middle of nowhere and trying to get super humans and paranormal off the island before they get turned into monsters. Trying to stop this from happening to these young people was very difficult and the Habermann's, owners, were crazy. Good storytelling, good book.

She and Vaughn, along with the rest of the team, are determined to save the others who have been held captive by the twins. I think that this is the best book so far in the series, there is so much going on. The plot really starts to come together, and things are revealed. Tally and Vaughn steal the show, but the Queen and Sinastre are a close second. Fast paced, beautifully crafted, this is a fantastic read.

Exhilarating

I loved Tally. She showed a wonderful strength after all she had been through. She was a force. I'm so sad it's over, I would love to see what the future brings Tally, Charlie and the rest of the gang.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I liked this series but didn't love it. I found it was just a bit on the slow side for me. Either way im glad I kept reading until the end of the series. It was a good read but was just a bit to slow and needed a bit more excitement to make me enjoy it better.
