Lasairiona McMaster writes sassy, classy and badassy women and strong, yet vulnerable men.

She challenges reader’s expectations by openly dealing with mental health issues, often exploring tough-to-handle topics and ‘taboos’ and books with a whole lotta heart.

She can either be found enjoying a gin and lemonade by the Irish sea, or baking sweet treats in her kitchen while singing at the top of her lungs.

When she’s ‘home’ in Texas, and isn’t eating fresh-popped popcorn while buying things she has absolutely no need for in Target, she can be found at Chuys eating her body weight in chips and queso and washing it down with a margarita swirl.

I loved this novella but it is certainly bittersweet! I wanted to read it but then I didn't want to read it because I didn't want it to end. I can't believe I've finished this journey with Lisa and AJ 😭😭. I loved this book to see a glimpse into the future!

This was a fantastic book to conclude AJ’s story. Lisa & AJ went thru a lot of trials & tribulations before they were married. Parenthood flipped their world upside down and brought a lot of shit (literally 🤣) into their lives, i highly recommend reading this series. You won’t be disappointed.

The Poop Patrol Party -
This book is the first book I have read from Lasairiona E. McMaster and OMG, it really blew my mind. I am definitely going to start reading more of her books. This was such a great read. I loved AJ (Pim) and Lisa’s story and how loving and supportive they are of each other. I haven’t laughed so much whilst reading a romance book in quite a while and I am sure you will too.

Storyline
It’s AJ’s final instalment and it’s coming up to Olivia’s first birthday. AJ and Lisa have had a massive past 12 months and it doesn’t seem to be calming down just yet. When they started their family, who new they’d trade petty romances for petty mum drama?
The best part though, is how Lisa and AJ rise above it in a way that AJ wasn’t expecting.
Overall Thoughts
I think out of all of Lasairiona’s books that I’ve read so far, this one had me laughing the most. Lisa is one of the more refined characters of this world, so to suddenly go through everything that Lisa organises for Oliva’s first birthday was a hilarious ride.
Then of course there was AJ’s response to the whole situation including his mental play of it happening as it happened. It was so much fun, and I just loved every moment of it!
My only problem was that a couple of moments felt a little weird and I wish there had have been more funny moments and observations throughout to really take it off the charts.

This one has all the cute factor of seeing parenthood through the eyes of a horny young adult man.
Lighthearted, funny as usual, what really comes through in the end, is that no matter what, love prevails...

Another fantastic book!! I am so glad it was brought to my attention otherwise I would have missed reading it. The birthday party was the best thing ever and has given me plenty of ideas for a party for my son. And as typical after reading a book from AJ and Lisa's series, I love Jeremy even more now.

The final instalment in the AJ series and it was perfect. From beginning to end I was in love with the writing style, the characters and the storylines.
These stories have taught me lessons I didn’t know I needed to learn and I’m certain that they will help me in future.
I’ve learnt about sensitive subjects which many people around us are dealing with everyday. I’ve had my eyes opened, my heart broken and pieced back together all in one book series.
If I could rate these any higher than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat!
Read, learn and love - just like I did!

A great little novella and snippet of life after the three main AJ books. All new material too so that was exciting, as in it wasn’t the same story as the novella attached the the Lisa point of view. Enjoyable and I look forward to reading more.
