渡辺茂男は、戦後1950年代後半から2000年初頭にかけ、欧米の優れた児童文学や絵本の翻訳と紹介、平行して童話や絵本の創作を精力的におこなった。翻訳と創作を合計すると、生涯に300冊もの子どもの本を出版した。

This is a book that Josh grew up reading and our kids love it, too! I've searched high and low to find another copy as ours has been through many rough years, but I've not had success. 😆 It's a sweet, short, story of a kid and dad playing together.
