Focus almost solely on the mental aspect of ultra running which is a nice change from the other books.

Some highlights worth reading

A more difficult read than Michael's other books but still some great points. I found the last 25% quote tough going.

I'm an experienced marathon runner who has lately taken up the idea of running more Ultras. This book was simply fantastic. One of the best books I've ever read. If we talk about David Goggins "Can't hurt me" as a master piece this is another must have for any endurance athlete. It propelled me to a pb through running mindfully and being more grateful. Superb book. Would love to meet the author 👌
