Arcticville will never be the same town after the death of a town employee. No one seems immune to the chaos and disruption caused by a local developer trying to turn the town into an Alaskan destination. Friends fall in love, but will their neuro-diverse relationship survive life’s pitfalls?
Sheri always enjoyed sharing stories. She even wrote song lyrics in the 80s. Jotting down ideas for her first book, “Lovers Fall in Arcticville”, she set those notes aside until the pandemic reawakened her passion to write.. With an active imagination and adventurous spirit, she released more fiction adventures and mysteries during the isolating coronavirus. She is humbly grateful to be able to share with others.
McLaughlin’s latest novel, “Mercy on the Trail”, was released on August 30, 2022.
When she isn’t writing, she enjoys yoga, martial arts, line dancing, and baking. Married to her husband for thirty-two years, they share two adult sons.
This book was a gift from a dear friend. The storyline and characters are quite good. I felt like I knew each character as Sheri took us through their lives and small town in Alaska. The mystery held my interest. I enjoyed the large print edition, a great summer read!
Sheri's book is excellent! I couldn't put it down. It has just the right balance of romance and suspense throughout. I think it would make a wonderful movie. She made the characters so personable, you feel you already know them. The way it is written, totally held my interest!
