If you're a person who constantly talks to yourself, this book is for you. If you like to imagine you are on talk shows and interviews, this book is for you. It is helpful for recounting memories and learning tidbits about yourself. I love constantly going back to it, and answering questions periodically. It's a good exercise for mental health.

This one took awhile.
I took the time to really ponder each question and answer it to myself, truthfully.

As with most things of this nature, most of the 2000 questions/subject matters did not apply to me, and I honestly couldn't be more grateful for that because... DAMN! lol

It was interesting for a round of introspection or reflection.
Some questions I thought were absolutely ridiculous.
It was quite tiring and annoying to realize how much of the absurdity is actually relevant to most people who would read this book. Also not to mention, depressing.
However, like I said before, it actually made me feel better about myself.

Sometimes, I felt like a madman due to my answers and other times, I felt quite relieved by noticing how easy and or good I've got it. But then.. how tough I have it too.
So it was all over the map!

Good for a few questions here and there, or an extremely long conversation or interview.
I would recommend this one if you're just getting to know someone or if you want to interview yourself. It can be quite revealing, even if you're the only one reading it.
