USA Today Bestselling Author Sophia Henry fell in love with reading, writing, and hockey all before she became a teenager. After graduating with a Creative Writing degree from Central Michigan University, she moved to warm and sunny North Carolina to enjoy the remainder of her winters.
She spends her days writing steamy, heartfelt contemporary romance novels hoping they resonate with and encourage others. When Sophia’s not writing, she’s hanging out with her two high-energy sons, an equally high-energy Plott Hound, and two cats who want nothing to do with any of them. She can also be found watching her beloved Detroit Red Wings and rocking out at as many concerts as she can possibly attend.

This book helped me to see how blessed I am with my family when I was younger and now. The things Katrina (Cookie) went through should have never happened. I couldn’t believe what her mother made her do. No mother should treat her daughter the way she did. As always, the way we grow up helps to form our personality. Katrina grew up fast and had to harden herself to live through what she did. I thought is was wonderful that she was such a good student as she knew her brains could get her out of what she was into. I was surprised how Stan, the Russian, treated Katrina. I loved Harris and how he treated other people, especially Katrina. He was a good man. I loved the ending. I encourage you to read the book. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote a review.
Devil in Disguise is the third book in the Saints and Sinners series. It is a faced paced story that takes us on a journey that is Harris and Katrina’s story. They come from completely different backgrounds but have built a successful business despite their differences. Katrina’s past is something that she can’t escape when Stan shows back up to collect what he is owed. Can their relationship survive this obstacle? Read on because even though this book is over their story still continues.
So good! Cookie (Katrina) McIntyre has had a hard life. She had a mother that never cared about her, she grew up fast, but was determined to better. I simply adored Harris, he was a great man, and him and Cookie were perfect together. This book was well written, with an intriguing storyline, and the characters were well thought out and likable. A great read and one I recommend.
I love learning more about Cookie and Harris. Cookie so deserved Harris after the way she grew up. I just feel like I need to reread the whole series now that I got some background on them. Amazing.
