WOW!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!! AWE-INSPIRING!!!!!! ASTONISHING!!!!!!
Those are just a few words to describe You Met Her Where? There really are not enough, nor adequate words to describe Kevin and Stephanie Mason’s life journey.
If you have ever wondered if there is a God in heaven or struggled with your own life, this book will help to answer your questions. Not because it is an expository narrative, but because Kevin Mason has written his (and Stephanie’s) life in a factual, humorous, sometimes sarcastic and completely relatable way. However, as you will see, their lives are anything but normal.
Kevin Mason, by his own admission, is/was a naïve young man when he met his wife Stephanie. Growing up as a preacher’s kid left him more sheltered than not, and definitely not ready for dating or marriage.
Stephanie, though a Christian, had lived a much different life. Many times she teased him or set him up for a prank, because of his naivete.
Though there are many moments of levity, You Met Her Where? Is a thought-provoking, somber story of two people facing unbelievable obstacles while clinging tenaciously and deliberately to their faith and certainty of God and His promises and love for His people.
I can not even begin to do this book justice with my review. It is unlike anything I have ever read, or probably will ever read again. Watch the video, read the Summary, then do yourself a favor and read the book!

A tale of hope and love
Do you ever wonder why terrible things happen to good people. You know the people I mean, the neighbours who are so kind, the parents who sacrifice their well-being for their children, the people in your community who give up their personal time to help others even after going through pain and suffering themselves.
Kevin and Stephanie have gone through a lot, many blows that could have pulled them apart, separated in their own grief, but their bravery, love and faith in a higher being shows through every page. The writing is friendly and interspersed with Kevin and Stephanie’s voices. Sometimes Kevin’s jokes misfire and Stephanie, what can I say about Stephanie, you are a very sassy, courageous woman, who had to cope with life changing issues that some people only face once. I salute you both. A book of hope and faith to uplift anyone who thinks why me?

You Met Her WHERE?! is a comical, faith-filled look over the lives of Kevin and Stephanie Mason. While they faced impossible odds, their faith grew deeper, and they trusted God for their outcome. This is a story of tragedy and triumph and the faithfulness of our good God. This is an emotional read with high quality, fast paced writing. I planned on reading this book over the course of 10 days, but once I started it, I couldn't stop. It took me 2 days to read through this book (and it only took that long because of lots of unwelcome interruptions on my end). I highly recommend reading this book if you are looking for a solid testimony that will encourage you to trust God no matter what you are facing.

This book is a rollercoaster of emotion. Not only could I not put it down, I laughed AND cried while reading it. This great read is about the many obstacles the Mason's have had to overcome within the last 15 years (i.e.- electrocution). The book definitely has some major serious moments, but Kevin keeps it light by telling some of the (some might say "bone-headed") things he has done/said. I will absolutely be reading this one again.

How much more encouraging can this book be! God was with this family every step of the way! I laughed, I cried, I prayed. Thank you for sharing such personal experiences, and being real about it.

A Great Read
Although I found Kevin to be a bit weird sometimes, his, their story is nothing short of a series of miracles. I recommend this book. It is funny, sad, encouraging, and spiritual.

Kevin and Steph endure a lot of obstacles in their life but their faith is strong and they have a sense of humor. Inspiring to read.

First, I know these people and I love them dearly. What I loved most about their story is that they have been through the wringer, but they never let that destroy themselves or their faith. From electrocution to infertility to cancer, they remained steadfast.
