A large 81/2 x 11 book, three columns wide containing 3081 ministers across this country from one of the oldest denominations in America. They are published in two volumes due to the size of the information and format. Dr. Alton Loveless took on the very formidable task of finding where these great Free Will Baptist ministers have been buried to record for posterity their gravesites. This movement influenced the country through it many colleges and leaders. It is a must for genealogists, reference, study denominational movement, church history; from the days of Roger Williams, whose church was later pastored by ministers of this group and a great number of his minister descendants were members. The history of these ministers in the north were strong anti-slavery and started some of the first colleges for the Freemen. Dr. Loveless has published more than 1350 articles and conducted over 1100 seminars in 48 states and 38 foreign countries. He has been widely used as a Christian education consultant, workshop leader, or minister by 69 denominations in churches of all sizes.
A Free Will Baptist minister for 53 years, attended Hendrix College, graduated from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College, and earned a M.B.A. and a Ph. D. in Business Administration from Columbia Pacific University. He has been awarded three honorary degrees and a number of business awards.
