Adventures in Kindness is a lovely book with loads of examples of ideas for children to do to show and create kindness towards themselves, others and even the world.

Each idea gives prompts for the child to think of and fill in such as materials needed, cost to do it, if they need help etc and guides them through the process. There's even a page to write how it went and what they learned/axmchieved and the back of the book lists lots of information which is very helpful too. This is a great book for children or even for ideas as a family or group to look at and adapt too.

This is a great book for kids who really want to make a difference but might not know how, or might be looking for new ways to help out the people in their community. There are so many different activities to try - guaranteed that your child will find something that excites them! What I really like is the 'supply' list of what is need for each activity in terms of supervision, materials, time, and cost. This makes it easy for more independent kids to find something that they can do alone or with a friend if they are so inclined. There are sections for note taking where kids can record what they did and what they would do differently next time.

I am so impressed with this book - not only will be it be an excellent addition to the school and classroom library; it will be an awesome gift for a kind hearted child.

This is a really good book with specific and varying examples of steps children and/or families can take to make an impact in the world. I love that it includes comments from Sophia about what she thought about the suggestions and her own experiences! The "what you need" parts was also really good, and a nice way to make something seem less daunting! I also really liked the amount of online resources included, as well as the resources in the back, to make it easier to use! Overall a really good book!

Adventures in Kindess is absolutely adorable! The cover is bright and eye-catching. I like the fact that each chapter had an inspirational quote that prefaced it to help encourage the reader. When I was growing up, I always wanted to get involved in helping sea animals.I had a fondness for manatees specifically. I wish I had a book like Adventures in Kindness to help me get started. Very fun read!
