Well worth reading. It shows a very interesting standpoint to view one's self. Achieving self-confidence doesn't come naturally to most people, particularly to those of us who do not conform to the public's perception of beauty and 'coolness'. However, who is to say which is right? Concentrating on the positive helps others to view us in a different light. At the moment with social distancing, it isn't easy to put some of the principles into practice but starting to view oneself in a light that will allow others to view you to be more ''attractive'' has to be a step in the right direction. The reader also gets a glimpse into the mindset of the male of the species. It is a lighthearted ''do-it-yourself image-improvement tutorial that I recommend to all those people who would like to shed their shelf-doubt and enjoy more self-confidence!

Make guys look twice was written well. It was concise in laying out the steps to help build your confidence and attract the type of men that you want. It gives clear steps to point out how you can change the same old patterns. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their love life. At a time when I'm considering a makeover, this book came in handy! Now that I have time to actually sit and plan a “new me” this book gives good tips for building confidence, getting noticed and putting your best self forward. It is easy to understand and follow. Each chapter ends with action steps and the book offers good advice and encouragement toward becoming your best self. Confidence is attractive!
