Empath: How To Empower Yourself As An Empathic Person

Rate this book
Right from childhood, I had always felt that I was different from other people. Strange as it may sound, I had no idea why but I was strongly convinced that I was different from others. I could switch through different emotions at a time. Anger, joy, pain, and fear all came to me easily even when I had no reasons to experience these emotions. I could tell when someone was lying to me and when they are doing something behind my back. I got depressed easily and I always had a number of illnesses to deal with. Sometimes, I get panic attacks and most times, I am always tired and worn-out especially when I spend my day among a crowd of people. I didn’t like to hang out in public because most times when I go out in public maybe to a social gathering or to the mall, I always felt like someone was loading all the problems of the world on my shoulders and I often returned home fatigued and stressed up. As I grew up, I sought answers to my predicament. I did different psycho-therapies and many other tests but they were all abortive, I didn’t stop feeling or experiencing these symptoms, until I came across a book written about ‘EMPATHIC PEOPLE’. I realized that everything written in this book describes me and what I had been experiencing right from childhood.
This book and my own personal experiences helped me a lot in discovering who I am and how different I am from others. This is why I decided to write this ultimate guide for empathic people, being an empath with firsthand experience and knowledge myself. For every empath out there seeking to become enlightened about themselves and how different they are from the rest of the world, this book is a must-read.
