This is the most helpful book I have read concerning teams and their use of the PLC process. Anyone who is a part of a teacher team or who supports teacher teams should explore the resources this book offers. It is not a “heavy read.” Instead, it is filled with resources that teams can use to help them through the hard work of using the 4 critical questions to ensure high levels of learning for all kids.
