This was a cute book and a quick read. It comes from a religious publisher but the religion was more subtle in this one. Not that I'm against religion; it's just that I hate it shoved down my throat.

Addie and Nick go to Chicago with Miss T over Christmas vacation. A Museum of Performing Arts there is opening a section of Miss T's memorabilia from her movie star days. Things keep disappearing from their penthouse hotel suite and they are surprised when they solve the mystery. Okay, what interested me was their visit to the Chicago Museum where it's mentioned that they see a German U-505 battleship captured during World War II. My dad was in the Navy and on one of those ships that helped capture the enemy ship. My parents visited that museum to see it about the time that Addy & Nick were there in this story. I love realism in fiction!
