很薄的一本书，很快读完了，感觉过于理想化了，听说很多互联网公司把这本手册当圣经，不是很理解。奈飞当然是个好公司，我本人也是老用户了，十多年前还是个租赁DVD的公司，现在发展为互联网巨头，市值两千多亿美元。但这本书提倡的想法有些过于理想化：1）希望员工每天来上班是因为公司梦想，而不是被迫的; 2）极度透明，这点和桥水有点像，员工可以直接越级提问，鼓励以事实为根据的辩论; 3）高薪，umm，我喜欢; 4）员工自己为自己的职位规划负责，当公司不需要你的时候，可以随时解雇，同样，员工可以随时面试其他公司，另谋他处。这点很有意思，提倡终身雇佣制的消失。

非常好，奈飞的HR写的书，很多理念受启发。最后自己都被解雇了，还是有点迷惑。

Quite straight and honest and unconventional on people management and company culture. It was based on the experience that Patty has in Netflix which was a quite different industry from a manufacturing company. But yes, some principles and guidances are true and could be considered.
