This was the first philosophy book I ever read when I was 14 so while I'm undoubtedly biased I'd still highly recommend it to anyone looking for an introduction to Nietzsche. It presents many of his most important ideas in a manner that's easy to understand (even for a 14 year old), along with insightful analysis and critiques.
