Lemon juice helps your digestive system work more efficiently, lemon juice speeds the absorption of vitamins and it kick-starts your metabolism! Who wouldn't want that? It also helps to lower your blood sugar. Oh and lemon juice does help you lose weight as well as cleansing your body. There are recipes in the book too to include lemon crusted salmon one of my favorites! There are lemon beauty recipes also like rinsing your face with lemon water before you go bed....the next morning you wake up with soft and refreshed skin, it feels wonderful :) And a facemask made with the juice of 1 lemon to reduce appearance of lines, love it! Highly recommend!
