This was a nice little book I received from my friend for my birthday before I started uni. I think it could do with some more visual support, especially for Neurodivergent readers. I felt it was difficult to picture some of the recipes at times. It was useful, including such as an index of what certain words mean like dicing, etc. I think it's a good length for student's attention span as they have little time too.

A really good little book to have a student, especially if you live in halls. It explains different cooking terms and all the different nutrients. And the recipes are easy to read and understand. Definitely a book I wish I had when I was living alone in halls in my first year at uni
