This book on mental training is innovative and effective!! I recommend it to all of those who wish to surpass, improve themselves and fully live their activities and passions. I am super impressed on the techniques/theories for how to keep cool, how to manage the emotions and how to build a champion’s attitude in this book. These two authors are from real life, not some textbook-geeky-type. Extremely well done!! I like to add thoughts and insights on sticky notes and when I finished reading the book it was full of sticky notes. I am excited and looking forward to apply what I’ve learned at practice! To put in all hands!!!!!

Swagger in sports!
I found this book original and well written. I read most of the sports psychology books and this one offered some interesting new concepts and perspectives. I especially like the way the chapters are structured, guiding you through the process to build your confidence and swagger in your sport. It goes beyond confidence, it shapes the athlete's personality, through self-discovery and learning to use tools when under pressure in competition. Anger and anxiety are also well developed. I recommend this book to all athletes, coaches and mental training professionals in sport.
