Around the time of my Level 4 training, I sent Chris Iveson an email asking for tips with working with young people. He recommended I read this book. I really appreciated reading how SF was approached and adapted to different contexts.

It was also refreshing to read where SF had fallen flat and felt too ‘solution-forced’ echoing my own experiences at times. Regardless of me feeling that this approach isn’t necessarily a one size fits all, I have found myself adopting more of a ‘solution focused mindset’ over the years and infusing more SF into my daily conversations with kids since completing Level 4 and reading this book.
