Simple Cooking for Sick Days

Rate this book
Most of the recipes in this book are in the first two cookbooks in this series, although many have been simplified and had ingredients removed. I am not a doctor or any sort of medical professional. These suggestions are food many people can tolerate when sick. This books does not contain medical advice. Between wanting something like this for myself and thinking it would be useful for our sons once they move out, this book was born.Simple Cooking for Sick Days starts with a mostly- liquid and cracker diet, then adds dairy (pudding, for example) before moving on to soups and solid food, but solid foods that are gentle on a recovering tummy and appetizing for the rest of the family. Hopefully this isn’t a cookbook you’ll need often, but when you do, I hope it helps.
