Хороший платный онлайн гид по удаленной работе. Очень подробно с разных ракурсов разбирается все, от философии до инструментов. Много ссылок на другие материалы, в основном созданные компаниями на удаленке. Минус в пространности некоторых разделов, можно было настолько очевидно и скипнуть

Holy crap, why didn't I have this book when I transitioned our organization remote 7 years ago? If you're thinking of going remote or already work in a remote company- this is a must read.

I would agree that this book is "comprehensive", to the point that I found it a bit overwhelming to read cover to cover. I suggest using it as more of a reference guide and looking up topics that are relevant to you (unless you're very interested in Human Resources, in which case, go nuts!). I happen to be fortunate in that my employer has a fairly solid system in place, so a lot of this book reflected what we are already doing.
