What a lovely tale of animals. As soon as I saw the book I decided to read it and it did not disappointed me. While it was a delightful read, it covered topics like finding comfort during times of loss and the incredible memories that certain things left in us. The Cat Who Loved the Moon is a piece of work written by Jennifer Lea Reynolds, an author and journalist from New Hampshire. It is addressed to six or seven-year-old children. It is a fast, interesting and really satisfying story focused on Cromwell, a sweet cat, who has a relationship with the moon. The important message here is that the animal is in love with it, even when sometimes the moon is hidden from its view. This teaches us an important and valuable lesson: people can love and take care of us although they are far away. It is a clear and very well narrated reading. I dare to say that from the very beginning the title of this book caught my attention and then it was held fully throughout the reading. I couldn’t stop reading the story! I really recommend it.
