i love the clarity of language in this book. to give you a hint, Underwood makes an interesting point about the semantics of the phrase 'systemic pathology' vis a vis 'systematic pathology'. however, it falls short of the depth and breadth of the subject in comparison to Robbin's pathology and therefore deserves a two stars rating.

I'm beginning to think that students today take for granted just how good their textbooks actually are. Yet another wonderful, clear and well-presented textbook, this time in the field of Pathology.
