What is God? What are his attributes? What are his forms? What are his activities (Leelas)? To answer these and more fundamental / quintessential questions, DVG has written this gem of a book, which in my view requires a compulsory reading by one and all.

DVG derives multiple references across vedas, upanishads, Gita etc to provide multiple perspectives to this fundamental question of a human being. Some of the examples provided are so simple, yet so effective and conclusive, it leaves the reader with no iota of a doubt.

Reflective of the times when this book originally was written, some examples are concentrated around Banks, for they were considered as the most important / trusted function of the society.

One of the most commonly used yet abused word in modern parlance, Secularism, probably got its best definition from DVG. DVG explains what is the meaning of religion vs belief vs secular belief which is common to all religions in such a beautiful, yet effective manner. I highly encourage people to definitely read this section.

A quick read of little more than hour, this book is a RECOMMENDED / MUST read for one and all.
