A quick piece of flash fiction.

It was a cute story if you are looking for a short story to read while sitting in the doctor's office this is an option. If you are looking for a story with a lot of detail, skip this one. This story can be expanded to give the reader a bit more grounding, however, as a short story this works.

"A Nice, Clean Surprise of a Story"

"The Sweetest Surprise" was a super neat and clean short story. I think there may be a moral to the story as well about misinterpretations and misunderstandings. It seems that Emily saw that things were somewhat out of place and she naturally gravitated towards thinking in a negative way.

This is where the surprise comes in. As I was listening and whenever Emily found out the truth, I was just as surprised. And happy. I thought it was fun. What a wonderful surprise indeed. I really liked this story by Augusta Hill and hope to hear more from her in the future.

Paul Cram did a great job narrating the story. He had a super nice voice that I could listen to all day. He kept a good pace and had spot on voice inflections. This was a good combination of author/narrator and a neat story.

--I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review

I really liked this short story. It is a feel good, warm fuzzy feeling love story. Emily, an insecure young woman is feeling that her hunk of a boyfriend, Jason is pulling away from her and she will end up being dumped. She is in for the surprise of her life. The most romantic scene with Jason too...what a sweet talking man!

Paul Cram did a wonderful job narrating this book. If you are looking for a good book to get you in a great mood on the way to work, this is for you!
