Probably 3.5 stars. This book gives a good overview of the various Cognitive services with examples for each of the wide range of services. Fairly comprehensive in coverage of each of the pros and cons of each service as well as support and deployment methods (APIs, containers, custom models, edge, and export using ONNX formats).

The book would have been better if there were more examples and code snippets rather than only specific highlighted snippets so you could code along but the companion code repo takes care of that somewhat. A decent introduction to cognitive services.
