A interesting read, written from the perspective of a 'privelaged' young girl living in a physically abusive household, unraveling the background story of her father's missionary upbringing . All set againsed the background of the coup in Nigeria

Had to read this for school…was pretty good but definitely tragic at certain points. I Had very mixed feelings about the ending…
