I have a review of an important book for you today. You Can Beat Cancer by Rachna Chhachhi is one book that everyone must buy and read, in my opinion. It is not a hoax but a comprehensive guide that is required for today’s testing times.

Summary

The author, Rachna Chhachhi, is a certified cancer nutrition coach who herself has seen cancer up close. She gives, as the book says, ‘expert advice on preventing and reversing cancer.’ You read that right, reversing cancer. Curious?

I was too. But honestly, I was worried if reading this book would make me more stressed (as if I don’t have that enough already!). Fortunately, it was nothing of the sort. It is an easy book to read and understand and all it gives is – hope.

I never knew changing one’s eating habits and, most importantly, stress habits could do so much! There’s so much knowledge in the book as to how you can nurture yourself, tonnes of anti-cancer recipes, and information on emotional nutrition that I was blown away!

What I Liked

What I liked was that it was a comprehensive read. Not those kind of books that use heavy jargon, or scare you to death with all possibilities that can kill you. Instead, from the beginning, the book is gentle and broadcasts the message – there is always hope.

You Can Beat Cancer includes the reasons for cancer, how to deal with it, and how to prevent/beat it by changing your lifestyle.

We are so afraid of the disease. But if there was a way through which you could prevent/control the spread of this disease, then why not? It doesn’t take expensive medicines or practices, just some holistic living. It might be difficult to implement these but I believe, it is doable.

What I Did Not Like

Nothing.

Other Details

I would like to urge everyone to buy this book and read it or gift it. We all know someone who is affected by cancer and it could be useful to them.

Would I Recommend It?

This comes as highly recommended from me. It is a must read.

This book provides insights to some really useful tips on Preventing and Reversing Cancer by RACHNA CHHACHHI who herself is a certified cancer nutrition coach and holds a PhD in holistic nutrition. It has everything written in detail on how to prevent cancer, conventional medicine help, etc. Every common man who doesn’t have much knowledge of medical terms should read this book to get into the depth of cancer and avoid it. This book is the need for an hour and one must read this book.

‘𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝘾𝙖𝙣 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧’ talks about Whats, Whys, and Hows of the Holistic approach towards Cancer. To be honest, it says Cancer but it will make you believe in the approach for any issue.

➡️ Focusing more on food and lifestyle, the author also talks about: What Causes Cancer, How to Stop It, What’s the right way, How to stop recurrence, How Holistic Approach helps, Real-life stories of Cancer Warriors, a 30 Day Self-Nurturing Plan, more than 100 Healthy Recipes and a bit more of science in easy to understand language.

🧬 I liked the way the book is formatted; step by step and nothing overwhelming at once.
🧬 The author has mentioned the simple way with which anyone can adapt meditation in their life, and reading that part was a different experience than the whole book.
🧬 In healthy recipes, she has mentioned everything; from a healthy aloo paratha to healthy pasta and pizza, from curry to protein shake, from salad to cheese, and many more.
🧬 There are hardly two to three typos, and the pace is average. I suggest you to read it bit by bit and apply what you read.

💡One thing that is important to mention is that the book is not in denial with medicines but in support of awakening your natural strength to heal yourself. I learnt a lot from this book and literally thinking about the quality of my life!

I recommend you all to read this book, undoubtedly it's a must-read if you want to improve quality of your life. 🌼
