To the point.

Direct, efficient and brutal! When life is on the line, know how to control damage to your attacker. Very good illustrations.

..very practical and useful fighting skills for self defence. it should be practiced, but rarely used only if your life is in danger or the life of your loved one is in danger. Then this should be a valuable skill in fending off a dangerous attacker. The skills emphasized here are some common sense skills, but high lighted to help you remember fast, in critical time of need.
