Presents a variety of experiments using items you can buy in the supermarket, and explains the scientific basis for such things as the flexible plastic strips that cover doorways leading into the meat departments in many large markets
There were some grammatical and spelling errors in my copy, but overall good information. Not as exciting as I’d hoped, but I’m still looking forward to trying some of the experiments with the kids. Appreciated the open-top freezer question, not sure how I’d never thought if it prior to reading this book.
This is good for the experiments. Wish it had more explanation of some of the scientific premises. Although, then I don't think many kids would read it.
