This is a great book with awesome information. I teach children with learning disabilities, ADHD, and behavior disorders and some of this information can be utilized in the classroom to help kids. I have ADHD (though no hyperactive mode - I wish) and I am finding helpful information in this book.

This is a very informative book and has some interesting and easy to follow techniques to try. It’s only a short book and so it’s quick and easy to read but one that you may find yourself going back to from time to time.
