Saya membaca versi bahasa Indonesian tentunya, karena tidak ada, numpang dulu di sini.
Buku ini juga masuk dalam seri pertama, buku ketiga belas.
Kisah Robin Hood sudah sering diadaptasi dalam berbagai versi, meski demikian tetap seru saja membaca versi ACT. Ada keseruan sendiri menikmati gambar yang dibuat. Hanya 2 warna namun mampu berkisah banyak.
Bagian yang lumayan seru adalah ketika sosok yang mengaku sebagai Ksatria Hitam ternyata adalah Raja Richard. Jadi ingat versi film yang dimaiankan oleh Kevin Costner.

This graphic novel adapts a few of the classic Robin Hood stories, but I had to take away a full star for the weirdest, lowest-budget art I've seen in ages. It is not that the basic artist is bad at drawing the story, but the colorist and the color reproduction for the book were AWFUL. In most panels of the story, it's clear that there was an effort to minimize the number of colors visible, to the point where the clothing of characters changes shade from panel to panel.
In the traditional Robin Hood stories, what color do you expect to be at least part of his outfit? I'd have to say green, specifically the Lincoln green that was a color common in many of the old tales as the color used by people who want to be, you know, not easy to see in a forest. On the cover of this book, he has a leather top and green leggings, as an example.
So, how is he dressed in the story? Bright red, except for his belt and his wrist bracers. Also, he almost always has a sword in his hand, and I finally noticed that it's because the artist left him nowhere to put it. No scabbard on his belt...even when he's got a knife instead, it's just in a loop on the back of his belt, no scabbard. Oddly, he only uses a bow a couple of times in the story.
Maid Marian is here, but none of his men are named, although the big guy in the pink shirt is probably Little John. No Friar Tuck or any of the other regulars are included, at least not by name.
So, if you just read the story here, without looking at the art, it's not bad. I give it a fourth star for the writing, but only two stars for the art, an average of three.

Es el típico libro para adolescente que inician el hábito de la lectura. No es una obra literaria como tal es mas bien una compilación de aventuras con desenlace bastante predecible. Me anime a leerlo porque fue mi serie favorita en mi infancia y nunca había podido leer la historia completa como tal. Es buena en general para quien le guste el personaje, quien no le guste la encontrara aburrida. "Robin Hood es la Justicia"
