I was writing the story at a really difficult time in my life and now because of that book and how certain things and events in my life have changed, I’ve now had the courage and strength to come out of the closet and learned not to be afraid of life or love anymore.

I believe and hope that this book will give the same courage and strength to those who have lost their beliefs in themselves.

Part I
Iris was convinced she had things figured out after her divorce. A steady job, her own apartment and two loving sons. The last thing she ever expected was to meet a handsome stranger in a crowded bar who would introduce her to her darkest desires. Nothing could prepare her for the journey she was about to set out on. A normal woman, living a normal life. No one would believe her if she told them the things she discovered once she had entered the garden of pleasures before her. The only expectation was that this garden was meant to be kept secret. Could she keep it under lock and key or would she lose herself to the ecstasy within?
