Not your childhood version of Aladdin.
It was a great story but I wished it had more scenes of the 3 together together and not just one at the end. Most times that Jasmine is with Genie or when Aladdin is with Genie it’s all in their dream. But the rest of it is the greedy Viser sharing what the Sultan has. The Sultan is not a nice person nor is he even a father, he is more of a warden I’m charged of his golden cage and controls his daughter like a piece of cattle to trade when he sees fit. Now for Jasmine and Aladdin hens scared to love a girl while he’s more for boys love and he don’t seem to know what to do. Since at first when Aladdin met Jasmine she was dressed as a boy, a street rat like him, so Aladdin fell for the boy before finding out that she’s a she and the runaway princess. Jasmine is so sheltered she don’t really know anything but wishing to be seen and looked at and freedom from her cage when she escaped a boy was there to help her but the first to see her but as Jemure.

This is very, very different to the story we grew up with. In children's fairy tales situations are glossed over for a child's understanding. In this story, Jasmine is basically a prisoner. No one is even allowed to look at her. Her father is uncaring and has no desire to know his daughter, much less care how she feels. I loved how Aladdin rescued her from a beating and just kept her. Of course, he thought she was a boy but he still took care of her. I loved the Genie and how compassionate he has become over the centuries. I read this in one sitting. Lost a bit of sleep reading, but it was well worth it. I requested an advanced reader copy and am under no obligation to leave this review.

I must admit that I enjoyed reading this refreshing, twisted version of a classic fairytale & found the plot to be well-written & entertaining with some surprises. The characters are well-developed with quirky personalities.
There is: twists & turns, intrigue, drama, magic, loneliness, determination, threats, a villain, blackmail, manipulations, devious plans, unexpected surprises, steamy scenes, love & happiness.

This is the story of Jasmine, Aladdin and Genie. She is a princess under heavy guard, never allowed to leave the palace, and no one is ever allowed to look into her eyes. Aladdin is a street urchin living on the streets and thieving. Genie is cursed to be the keeper of the lamp. He can grant three wishes to anyone holding the lamp and rubbing it. What an interesting version of Aladdin this story was and very enjoyable to read.

Aladdin is the street wise boy who finds a genie to help him win over the love of a princess. In order for Jasmine and Aladdin to live happily ever after they must over come the obstacles of the fear of love which will also welcome Genie into their hearts as well.

This version of Aladdin isn’t for the faint of heart. The characters are the same, but situations are much different. With the genie and Aladdin’s growing chemistry, and the fact that it’s the first time Aladdin has thought of being with a girl, the intensity is off the charts and sexy as sin. I loved this version!

What a gr8 read. This is definitely not your childhood Aladdin. But it does need more sex scenes. I recommend this read. 4 Thumbs up

Totally new rendering of the Aladdin's story. This one will make you blush and heat up your ebook to supernova! Fun and quirky and will have you reading long past bedtime.
