Perfect little punchy book which intros the basics into practitioner use of NLP in the workplace. I read it on the train and before work each day to really absorb the concepts and how they "show up" in my day to day work.
If it went into a little more depth on the meta programmes with a link to free templates to track the tasks it would be a 5.
