For years, the author struggled hard to have tourism in the mountain,yet his 10 years struggle remained at a dead, so he gave up. One day heunderstood that tourism based on Prof. Parrot faith (ideology ofcommunism) was not possible. His petition to the state attached. Today's German Law System regards Prof. Parrot's ascent to Ararat as the'Official Ascent'. In other words, The European Union might as well be a newer version of the Soviet Union. It is a must to officially returnthe dignity of Ararat, and to align humanity's laws with that of the'Divine Law'. Here is 'Official Tourism' story of Ararat.
