Pre-review: Village's Ritual is an adult manga series about an anthropologist (or a merchant of artifacts, as he calls himself) who seems to have a dark past and his beautiful and carefree assistant going through a serial of murder & mysteries cases.

I do like the short stories format of this series, this time the main crew visit two remote villages and try to get into the dark secrets beyond the local myth/folklore, the author continues to treat us with twisted, dark erotic artwork. I'll stay tune for the next volume.

At the very least, I am glad the little girl is saved in the end.
